Is it permissable in islam to cut the hair for women?

islam does not allow anyone to cut hair from roots. male also have to keep hair and beard though they may trim. similarly women may cut their hair in exclusively ladies parlour but they cannot display their face- whatever be the hair style- in public. their looks and fashion is for their husband. Is it permissable in islam to cut the hair for women?
go the nearest mosque and ask the maulvi sahib there. Is it permissable in islam to cut the hair for women?
Generally it is not permissible for a woman to cut her hair, unless there is some genuine reason.

It should be noted that, if the hair is cut, then it should be well below the shoulders, and this permissibility is only to cut it slightly. If the woman is married, then this should be done with the consent of her husband.
depends...which hair? hair of what part of the body? islam has different rules for hair of different. Dont ask the Maulvis because they insist on seeing %26amp; cheking the hair before advising....They think that islam is in the hair of their beard not knowing that their beard is in islam.
If you add more details to your question,I can help you more.
